Portada estudio 'Women in the Digital Age'The study ‘Women in the Digital Age‘, promoted by the European Commission, has been carried out by Quanticae with the aim of analysing the role of female Europeans in the digital sector in the light of the ever-decreasing involvement of women both in STEM studies and the ICT labour market. Moreover, the report highlights the annual productivity loss for the European economy of women leaving the sector as well as the existing unconscious bias. Policy recommendations are formulated to alleviate the problem of the scarce presence of women in the digital sphere. These measures are articulated in three main areas: stereotypes, education and digital skills and female entrepreneurship.
